The present Petition seeks to challenge an order dated 13.12.2023 passed by the learned ADJ-02 (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi where an Application under Order VII Rule 11, Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been dismissed.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition.

The Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending Application stands closed.

Liberty is however granted to the Petitioner to take all appropriate defences before the learned Trial Court.
