The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 12.12.2023 passed by the learned Judge, Family Courts-02, South-West district, Dwarka Courts, Delhi, in suit no.329/2023 titled as "Vandana Mehta vs. Uma Shankar Mehta", and to seek directions to the learned Trial Court to decide the application under Order VII Rule 11 Civil Procedure Code ("CPC") dated 01.01.2024 within a short time. The petitioner herein is the defendant before the learned Trial Court.
