The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience of the directions contained in the order dated 20.01.2026 passed by this Court in W.P(C) 17224/2025. The operative directions therein are as under:

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in terms of the aforesaid directions, the measurement of the petitioner was carried out at the Military Hospital, Meerut and the outcome thereof has been set out in the communication dated 03.02.2026. The same reads as under: "W.P.(C) No. 17224/2025 FILED BY PRAFULL KUMAR VS. UOI AND OTHERS IN DELHI HIGH COURT (REGN. NO. 47/8259) 1.

Ref. Your office letter No. R/1401/Med dt 02 Feb 2026. 2.

Height of the cndt. Prafull Kumar measured at A&E Dept of MH Meerut on 03 Feb 2026 at 1300 hrs is 169.5 cms. This is for your info and necessary action please". 5.

As such, it cannot be said that there has been any wilful disobedience of the directions contained in Paragraph 3 of the order dated 20.01.2026. 6.

The petitioner, however, is seriously aggrieved by the measurement exercise conducted in the Military Hospital. The petitioner shall be at liberty to agitate the same in the appropriate legal proceedings. 7.
