2. It appears that against the order of the Appellate Authority („AA‟) dated 29th July, 2019, the Petitioner is yet to file a revision petition in accordance with law. He states that on account of non-supply of the record of the proceedings that led to his removal by the order dated 1st May, 2019, he has been unable to file a revision petition.

3. The Petitioner will list out in a representation to be made to the Respondents, within two weeks from today, the precise documents forming part of the record of the proceedings before the Summary Force Court („SFC‟), and within four weeks of the receipt of such letter, the Respondents will supply to the Petitioner copies of such of the documents that he seeks.

4. The Petitioner is thereafter permitted to file a revision petition, in accordance with the prescribed procedure, within a further period of eight weeks, and if it is so filed, it shall be decided within a further period of twelve weeks. The order in the revision petition will be communicated to the Petitioner within a further period of two weeks. If aggrieved by such order, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
