The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "i.

Pass an order issuing the contempt against the Respondents and punish them in accordance with law for the contempt of the judgment dated 12.12.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.18998/2006; and/or ii.

Pass any such orders as the Hon 'ble Court may deem fit in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(C) Diary No(s). 19065/2024 vide order dated 09.07.2024, has stayed the judgment dated 12.12.2023 passed by learned Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.18998/2006. 4.
