The disputes between the parties are reported to have been settled. Parties have filed a joint application (CM APPL. 6586/2020) seeking disposal of the petition as "settled/compromised". 2.
The memorandum of settlement dated 13th February, 2020 has been submitted. The same is taken on record. The memorandum has been signed by both the Petitioners and the Respondent, as also their counsel. The Petitioners and the Respondent are present in Court. They confirm that their disputes have been settled in terms of the settlement. The Court has perused the settlement and records its satisfaction.

A sum of Rs.25 Lakhs has already been paid by RTGS on 4th February, 2020, as recorded in Clause 1 of the settlement. The remaining amount of Rs.25 lakhs has been handed over today by means of banker's cheques, details of which are as follows: -
1. Bankers Cheque No. 229061 dated 13th February, 2020 Amount: Rs.20,00,000/- Applicant: Hansraj Goel Payable to: Harish Chauhan Issuing Branch: State Bank of India, New Colony, Model Basti.
2. Bankers Cheque No. 229062 dated 13th February, 2020 Amount: Rs.5,00,000/- Applicant: Hansraj Goel Payable to: Usha Rani Issuing Branch: State Bank of India, New Colony, Model Basti.

Possession of the property has also been handed over to the Respondent. The Respondent, who is present in Court, confirms that he has received possession of the property.

The parties undertake to not violate the settlement in any manner whatsoever. Accordingly, it is directed that all the parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement.

The petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement. All pending applications are also disposed of.
7.
Next date of hearing before this Court i.e., 26th February, 2020, is cancelled.
