At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that a partial award has been passed by the learned Arbitrator and that the present appeal may be disposed of in terms of the orders dated 27.02.2025 and 19.03.2025, whereby respondent No. 1 agreed to pay the rent/user charges as well as electricity and water charges.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the said orders were passed with the understanding that respondent No. 1 would continue to pay the rent/user charges as well as electricity and water charges till he vacates the subject premises. It is further stated that the issues of maintenance and damages are pending consideration before the learned Arbitrator. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent no. 1 has abided by his statement.

In view of the above, the present appeal along with pending applications is disposed of.
