% 05.02.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction as under:- i) Issue writ of mandamus to Respondent No. 1 Commanding Officer NCC, No. 1 Delhi AIR SQN NCC, B-6, Safdarjung Enclave, and Delhi-29 to cancel appointment of respondent No. 4.

ii) Issue writ of mandamus to Respondent No. 1 Commanding Officer NCC, No. 1 Delhi AIR SQN NCC, B-6, Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi-29 to start process of appointment of ANO at respondent No. 2 school afresh by giving proper notice of such appointment considering qualification requirement properly as per the NCC ACT-1948.

For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner made legal notice through his advocate on 25.07.2018. However, there is no response from the other side. Keeping in view the averments made in the present petition and the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, I hereby dispose of the present

petition directing the respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to take decision on the legal notice dated 25.07.2018, made by the petitioner within four weeks from the receipt of this order.

The petition is accordingly, disposed of.
