For the grounds and reasons stated in the application as well as considering the financial position of the Petitioner, the bail condition as imposed by the Court vide order dated 8th April, 2025 is modified and the Petitioner shall be released on furnishing of personal bond in the sum of INR 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount. The other conditions shall apply as it is.
