By way of this petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 406/2025 dated 07.09.2025 registered at P.S. South Rohini, under Sections 103(1)/140(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

At the very outset, Mr. Puneet Mittal, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, with liberty to first approach the Sessions Court. 3.

In view thereof, the present bail application, alongwith pending applications, stand dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
