Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no. 1.

Respondent nos.2 to 4, namely, Ms. Arti Devi, Mr. Pawan Kumar and Mr. Ashwani Kumar are present in Court along with their counsel and accept notice. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 have been identified by SI P.L. Meena of police station Aman Vihar.

It is submitted that petitioner and respondent nos. 2 to 4 are neighbours. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue, which led to registration of FIR No.1079/2018 under Sections 451/323/379/506 IPC at police station Aman Vihar (Outer) on the complaint of Shri Ashwani

Kumar (respondent no. 4). Respondent nos. 2 and 3, namely, Ms. Arti Devi and Mr. Pawan Kumar had also sustained injuries. A cross FIR no.

1080/2018 under Sections 323/342/354/354(B)/34 IPC was also registered at police station Aman Vihar against respondent nos. 2 to 4 on the complaint of petitioner Vandana.

It is further submitted that matter has been settled between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 to 4 and aforesaid cross FIR has been quashed by a Bench of coordinate jurisdiction today in Crl. M.C. no. 586/2019.

Respondent nos. 2 to 4 submit that they have settled the matter with petitioner of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and they have no objection in case aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed against the petitioner.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 to 4, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
