1. The only prayer that the present Petitioners make at this stage is that the representation given by them to the Respondents on 1st June 2018 should be disposed of with the speaking order in a time bound manner.

2. Counsel for the Respondents states that he would have no objection if a time-bound order is passed in that regard.

3. Accordingly, it is directed that the Petitioners' representation dated 1st June 2018 shall be disposed of by the Respondents by a speaking order not later than 31st March 2019 and the said order shall be communicated to the Petitioners not later than 15th April 2019.

4. If the Petitioners are aggrieved by that order, it will be open to them to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
