These appeals are listed today, only for reporting compliance of the undertaking furnished by the respondents No. 2 to 5 schools. 4.
None appears for the appellants in spite of waiting for some time. 5.
The Court Master informs that a message has been received on behalf of the counsel for the appellants, requesting a passover. 6.
We have inquired from the Senior Counsel for the respondents No. 2 to 5 schools, whether the payments as undertaken have been made. 7.
The Senior Counsel for the respondents No. 2 to 5 schools replies in the affirmative. He also clarifies that, with respect to the school at Fatehnagar, the teachers have informed that emoluments for the month of December, 2019 there is a deficit of 20% and the same is being verified and if there is any shortfall, the same shall be made good by 30th June, 2020.

We have no reason to doubt what has been stated. 9.
In these circumstances, no further orders are required. 10.
The appeals already stand disposed of.
