First Interim Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.‟) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Panna Ram for grant of Interim Bail for a period of eight weeks in FIR No. 156/2021 under Section 302/201/394/411 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as 'IPC‟) registered at Police Station Industrial Area, to complete the documents/formalities related to pension/Post-Retirement Benefits. 2.
A Status Report has been filed on behalf of the State wherein it is submitted that the VRS was taken in the year 2018 and he was arrested in this Case in April, 2021 but no documents for release of pensionary benefit was filed till the date of his arrest. He has not even completed the codal formalities in respect of release of pension and even after this request, the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Interim Bail is thus opposed.

First and foremost, the Petitioner is required to submit his pensionary papers, which has not been done till date. The Jail Authorities would assist the Petitioner in filling the pensionary papers and complete the codal formalities and if thereafter, the need be, the Petitioner is at liberty to move a fresh Application for Interim Bail.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
