O R D E R

% 21.04.2017 At the outset, the learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have resolved their inter se disputes and the petitioner has agreed and undertaken to pay a sum of `1crore in full and final settlement of all the dues and claims considered under the impugned award. It is agreed that the petitioner shall pay the aforesaid sum in eight equal monthly instalments; the first of which would be paid on 01.05.2017. The parties are bound down to the said settlement.

The parties also agree that in the event the petitioner fails to pay the amount as agreed, the award would become executable. However, this is subject to the exception that if substantial amounts have been paid and the petitioner faces some difficulty in paying the balance, the petitioner would

have the liberty to apply for seeking enlargement on such conditions as may be agreeable to the respondent.
