This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for rectification of the order dated 22.01.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 22.01.2020 inadvertently in first para of the said order 'change in bail conditions' recorded rather it should be 'change in condition no. 4 imposed upon the petitioner for grant of permanent exemption'. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2, who appears on advance notice, states that he has no

objection.

In the facts and circumstances mentioned in the application, the order dated 22.01.2020 is modified to the extent that 'change in bail conditions' mentioned in first para be read as 'change in condition no. 4 imposed upon the petitioner for grant of permanent exemption'. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
