A report has been submitted by Inspector Narender of Police Station ('PS') Dabri that the address of the Appellant Sushil Kumar was verified and he was not found at the address given by him. Learned APP for the State also states that no forwarding address of the Appellant is available. 2.

In the circumstances, the bail bond and surety bond furnished by the Appellant is cancelled. The appeal is dismissed. The Trial Court Record be returned forthwith to the Trial Court with this Order. 3.

Permission is granted to the learned APP to mention the appeal for revival of hearing once the Appellant is arrested. The Trial Court will also send an intimation to this Court in the event that the Appellant is produced before it upon his arrest, so that the appeal can be heard. The Trial Court

will also take necessary action against the sureties by issuing notices to them.
