This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 42/2021 dated 18.03.2021 under Sections 420/468/471/120B IPC registered at PS: Crime Branch. 2.
At the outset, learned APP draws the attention of the Court to the settlement agreement filed on record and submits that it does not bear the signatures of the present Petitioner Deepak Jain. 3.
On a perusal of the settlement agreement, this Court finds merit in the submission of the learned APP.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition as and when a fresh settlement deed is entered into between the parties.
