Learned counsel for the respondent/ landlord appearing through video conferencing submits that pursuant to orders passed by the learned Executing Court, the vacant, peaceful and physical possession of the subject premises has already been handed over to the landlord on 17.09.2025.

As such, relying upon N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008], learned counsel submits that the present petitions have become infructuous as there is nothing remaining therein.
