The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS/Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "In the facts and circumstances of the case above-described, it is, respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue of proper Standard Operating Procedure for further investigation in FIR No. 03/2024 dated 03.01.2024 U/s 406/420/467/468/471/120B IPC & Section 66-C of the Information Technology Act, 2000 registered as Police Station - Special Cell, IFSO, Dwarka, Delhi enabling effective trace of deposited amounts and withdrawn amounts by arrested persons besides issue of further writ / order or direction enabling release of lien amount to victim in a simpler and unhindered manner and to pass such further order considered expedient in the circumstances The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In view of the contentions of the petitioner and the prayer made, this Court deems fit that this petition may be treated as a representation before the concerned DCP, who shall examine the same and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, the present petition stands disposed of. 5.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 6.
Copy of the order be sent to the concerned DCP for necessary information and compliance.
