The orders dated 29.10.2024 and 25.04.2025 passed by the learned Joint Registrar (J) read as under:

"29.10.2024 1.

Petitioner states that she does not wish to pursue the present matter and she wishes to withdraw the same. Learned counsel for petitioner has not appeared today. On questioning, the petitioner has disclosed that she is studied up to 10th class and she is not in contact with her counsel. 2.

Petitioner has further disclosed that she is a widow and she does not have the means to engage a counsel. Petitioner has been informed about Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee and the court attendant has been asked to take the petitioner to the office of Delhi High Court Legal Service Committee today.

"25.04.2025 1.

On 29.10.2024, the petitioner had stated that she does not wish to pursue the present matter and she wishes to withdraw the same. Thereafter, none is appearing for the petitioner. Court notice was issued, which was served upon the petitioner on 20.02.2025, however none appears for the petitioner despite service. 2.

At request of learned counsel for respondent nos. 8 &9, the file may be placed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.05.2025, for further directions."

In view of the order dated 29.10.2024 and 25.04.2025 passed by the learned Joint Registrar (J), it is apparent that the Petitioner does not wish to pursue these proceedings. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. All pending applications are disposed of.
