This appeal concerns Assessment Year (AY) 2014-15. 2.

Via the instant appeal, the appellant/revenue seeks to assail the order dated 30.07.2021 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal [in short, "Tribunal"].

Mr Bhatia does not dispute the fact that the issue raised in the instant appeal stands covered by the judgment of the coordinate bench rendered in Director of Income Tax v. Sheraton International Inc (2009) 178 taxman 84 (Del).

Given the aforesaid circumstances, according to us, no substantial question of law arises for our consideration. 4.1 Accordingly, the appeal is closed.
