The present proceedings are instituted under Section 482 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No. 451/2020 registered under Sections 323/354A/34 IPC at P.S. Shakarpur, Delhi on the ground that the parties have amicably settled their disputes. 2.
As per the allegations levelled in the FIR, the petitioners entered the office of the complainant, hurled abuses and misbehaved with her. 3.
Mr. Sabharwal, learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the petitioners are the only accused persons and respondent No.2 is the complainant/victim in the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that parties have been able to reach an amicable settlement during the pendency of proceedings before a Coordinate Bench of this Court in RFA 7/2022 which has been disposed of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. vide order dated 19.09.2023. In the said order, the Court recorded the statement of the parties that they would cooperate with each other in seeking quashing of present FIR.

Respondent No.2 has joined the proceedings through V.C. and she has been identified by IO/W/SI Varsha, P.S. Shakarpur. She submits that petitioner has made averments in the present petition with respect to false complaint which are objectionable.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners, states that the said averments stand withdrawn. 7.
Respondent No.2 further submits that she has no objection to the quashing of present FIR subject to petitioner cooperating in seeking quashing of cross FIR No. 452/2020 registered under Sections 323/324 IPC at P.S. Shakarpur.

Petitioners, who are present in Court and identified by the I.O., undertake that they shall cooperate in seeking quashing of aforementioned FIR as and when the same is taken up. Statement of petitioners are taken on record and they are made bound by the same.

The parties shall remain bound by the statements made in Court today.

In view of the above facts and considering that no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings, it is directed that the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed. 11.
