In light of the objection regarding territorial jurisdiction raised by Mr. Jayant Bhushan, Senior Counsel for the Respondent Bank, counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to avail appropriate remedies before the court of competent jurisdiction. 2.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of. 3.

It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits of the case, and the withdrawal of the present petition shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits.
