The present Petition, under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, has been filed seeking the appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties, 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner admits that there is an inadvertent error in the filing of this Petition before this Court since the seat of arbitration mentioned in the Business Loan Agreement dated 30.12.2023 is Chennai, and hence this Court lacks jurisdiction to entertain the present Petition.

In view of the same, he seeks and is granted liberty to withdraw the same and to take such appropriate steps as available to him under law.
