The present petition has been filed by the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking directions to the Respondent No.1- Registrar of Co-operative Societies (hereinafter, 'RCS') to dispose of the complaints of the Petitioners against the Akash Bharti Co-operative Group Housing Society Limited (hereinafter, 'the Society'). 3.

The grievance of the Petitioners is that they have filed complaints dated 3rd June, 2025, 3rd July, 2025 and 10th November, 2025 (hereinafter, 'the complaints') against the unlawful working of the Society. However, the same are not being disposed of by RCS.

The background giving rise to the present petition is that the Society had issued a notice dated 26th April, 2025 to install a new DG Set of 125 KVA and a Solar system of 20 KVA in the Society. A perusal of the complaints would show that the same relates to the installation of this DG Set The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of 125 KVA and a Solar system of 20 KVA, which was finally decided in SGBM dated 8th June, 2025.

The allegation in the complaints before the RCS, inter alia is that the notice of the SGBM dated 8th June, 2025, was not sufficiently given to all the members of the Society and the decision was taken in an arbitrary manner, without the presence of all the members.

Considering the nature of dispute, let the complaints be disposed of by RCS on an early date and in any case, before 15th June, 2026. 7.

The RCS office shall dispose of the complaints after giving proper hearing to the Petitioners, as also the Managing Committee of the Society. 8.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending application (s), if any, stands disposed of.
