Petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.112/2015 under Section 147/149/457/427/323 IPC registered at Police Station Vivek Vihar and to quash and set aside the judgment on conviction dated 11.10.2019 and order on sentence dated 18.10.2029.

Vide Judgment dated 11.10.2019 all the petitioners have been convicted for offence under Section 448 IPC while accused Sumit Goyal has been additionally convicted under Section 323 IPC. 3.

The appeal is pending before the learned ASJ. 4.

Parties submit that they have now compromised their matter vide Memorandum of Settlement dated 31.01.2024. It is submitted that they were neighbours when the dispute occurred.

The parties are present before this Court today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. The parties have endorsed the amicable settlement and accepted the terms thereof voluntarily.

The parties have submitted that all the disputes have been amicably settled vide Memorandum of Settlement dated 31.01.2024. 8.

In view of the settlement, the conviction and the sentence is hereby set aside and the offence is compounded. 9.

The petitioners are hereby acquitted. Bail bond surety bond stands discharged.
