In pursuance of the order dated 26.02.2024, Ms. Laavanya Kaushik, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent has passed suitable orders on 18.03.2024. A copy thereof, has been furnished to Ms. Aastha Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. A copy of the same has also been handed over to this Court, which is taken on record. 2.

According to the said order, the Department, in compliance of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Director (Admn and HR) KPTCL and others vs. C.P. Mundinamani and others rendered on 11.04.2023 in Civil Appeal No. 2471/2023 has implemented the same qua the petitioner and have granted notional increment on 01.07.2018 and re-fixed the pay accordingly.
