% 22.01.2020 This is a petition filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of parole for a period of two weeks in case FIR No. 179/1997.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that his application for grant of parole is pending before the respondent. Looking into the urgency of the matter, respondent is directed to decide the said application within two days from today. With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of. A copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
