The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the learned Trial Court has now fixed the proceedings for framing of charges, he wants to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, to raise all the pleas before the learned Trial Court.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn making it clear that all pleas of the petitioner shall remain open to be taken up before the learned Trial Court.
