The Court has perused the petition and finds that it is in relation to, violation of settlement, arrived at, between the parties, based on which bail was granted by the Court, on 10th April 2024, in Bail Application No.3943/2023.

In the opinion of this Court, the contempt petition ought not to subsist, considering the petitioner will have a remedy for seeking cancellation of bail, if the settlement agreement has not been complied with. 4.

Liberty is given to petitioner to approach the appropriate Court and seek appropriate remedy in this matter.

The contempt petition is disposed of with the above directions. 6.
