CRL.M.C. 582/2019 & Crl.M.A. 2436/2019 (Stay) Learned counsel for petitioner has handed over a copy of the application under Section 145(2) of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 filed by petitioner and copy of the application vide which cancellation of bailable warrants were sought by petitioner.

Notice of this petition and application be issued to respondent No. 2 by speed post and approved courier, returnable for 13th March, 2019. Service be effected dasti also.
