The grievance of the petitioner looks little bit premature. 2.
Petitioner is aggrieved by show cause notice dated 15.01.2025 whereby the respondent No. 1- Yes Bank seems to be in the process of getting facts to assess whether the account of petitioner is to be classified as fraud or not.

It is also not in dispute that the petitioner herein has already responded to the above said communication and has sent a letter dated 08.02.2025 to respondent No.1 Bank. Through such communication, they have, inter alia, prayed for inspection and has made requisition of certain documents. 4.

submits that the present writ petition is premature. 5.
He, however, does not deny the fact that the Bank has already received the above said communication dated 08.02.2025. He submits that as per his instructions, the above said letter shall be appropriately replied to, before taking any final decision in the matter.

In view of the above statement and assurance given by learned counsel for respondent, learned counsel for petitioner without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present petition, at the moment. 7.
It is clarified that, in case, the petitioners are still left with any grievance, they would be at liberty to file petition, afresh. 8.
