Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties under the Arbitral Award, the decree holder is at liberty to sell the plant and machineries subject matter of the Arbitral Award lying at its site. 2.

The amount recovered shall be remitted to the judgment debtor. 3.

With these directions, the execution petition is disposed of granting liberty to the parties to avail of all other legal remedies available under the law.
