Applicant seeks regular bail in a case arising out of FIR No. 433/2025 dated 10.05.2025, for commission of offence under Section 103(l) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Section 302 IPC), registered at P.S. Lahori Gate. Subsequently, in the charge-sheet, offences under Sections 109/249/253/3(5) of BNS (corresponding Sections 307/212/216/34 IPC) were added.

Learned APP for State is present and is duly assisted by the IO. 3.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present application.

He, however, seeks liberty to file the application afresh, if need so arises. 5.

Application is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 6.

All the rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 7.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
