This court vide order dated 27.01.2025 nominated an officer of this court for the purposes of the execution of the Sale Deed in respect of the suit property in terms of the order dated 17.01.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court. 2.

Report along with registration slip has been filed by the nominated officer stating therein that in compliance of the directions of this Court and the directions of the Hon'ble Court, Sale Deed dated 04.03.2025 in favour of Ms. Urmila Goel, nominee of the plaintiff has been duly executed in respect of the suit property i.e. D-26 (now known as I-8), Maharani Bagh with Sub-Registrar, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.
