Status report filed. Nominal roll of the petitioner filed. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that no family member of the petitioner is residing at the given address. He further states that overall jail conduct of last one year of the petitioner was found unsatisfactory as per the nominal roll. In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file a fresh one on filing of correct address of the petitioner.

The present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
