% 04.02.2019 By the present petition, the petitioner seeks parole for two months to maintain social ties with family members and society and to arrange funds for the construction of his new house.

It is noted that vide order dated 31.12.2018, the petitioner's application for grant of parole has been rejected by the GNCTD on the ground that he is convicted for multiple murders and there exists no special circumstances which warrants grant of parole. At this stage, the petitioner does not press the present petition and seeks liberty to file an application for grant of furlough after making an arrangement of surety.
