Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the FIR No. 85/2019 under Sections 409/420/120B IPC at P.S. Connaught Place, has been amicably settled with the Complainant in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 20.02.2020 through Shanti Swaroop Satija, Authorised Representative of the Complainant Poonam Solanki.

Settlement is on record.

It is submitted that this case has only one Victim/Complainant. 4.
