Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This Letters Patent Appeal assails the order dated 17.11.2023, passed by the learned Single Judge whereby, the learned Single Judge has directed to maintain the status quo, while keeping all rival contentions raised by the parties open for consideration.

The order under challenge herein, being purely interlocutory, we are not inclined to interfere in this appeal which is disposed of with the request to the learned Single Judge to expedite the proceedings of all the four connected writ petitions and decide the same preferably within 12 weeks, if possible. 4.
This observation being made by us would mean that the learned Single Judge shall make his endeavor to decide the matter finally within the time stipulated herein without treating it to be a command in any manner. 5.
Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of with the aforesaid terms.
