This is an application filed on behalf of the appellant for withdrawing the appeal. The application is accompanied by a Settlement Agreement dated 30.05.2024 [in short, 'SA'] arrived at between the parties under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre [in short, 'Centre'].

We have perused the terms of the SA. The terms of settlement appear to be lawful.

As per clause 10 of the SA, the appellant is required to withdraw the instant appeal.
3.1 Via the SA, the parties have agreed to part ways by applying, under relevant provisions of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for grant of a decree of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 3.2 Furthermore, the respondent is required to pay Rs.58 lakhs towards full and final settlement of the disputes obtaining between the parties. 4.
Although, there is no appearance on behalf of the appellant, Ms Bhavi Midha , learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the respondent, is present in Court.
4.1 Ms Midha affirms the position as stated in the application. 4.2 The statement of Ms Midha is taken on record. 5.
Given the aforesaid circumstances, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Parties will abide by the terms of the SA.

The Registry will dispatch a copy of the order passed today to the applicant/ appellant as well as her counsel-on-record. 8.
Ms Midha will also inform the counsel-on-record for the applicant/ appellant about the order passed today.
9.
The next date already fixed in the appeal i.e., 05.08.2024 shall stand cancelled.
