O R D E R

% 03.03.2020 By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the following grounds "a.

To maintain social ties & family relations b.

To combat inner stress & depression being depressed. c.

For providing proper medical treatment of elder son who is deaf and dumb."

State has filed its status report. As per the status report, State has verified the ground of parole and has also verified the permanent address of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is admitted to parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release, on

his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. He shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent on the expiry of the parole period.

The petition stands disposed of.
