Mr. Sarvesh Singh, counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition in view of the objection raised by the Respondents regarding the maintainability of the proceedings before this Court, as the jurisdiction lies before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). He seeks liberty to approach the CAT. 2.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 3.

The Court has not commented on the merits of the case or on the question of the maintainability of the cause of action before the Tribunal. 4.
