Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as „B.N.S.S.')/under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as „Cr.PC‟), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for quashing of FIR No.633/2024 under Section 61(1)/74/79 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Narela and all the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, in view of the Settlement Deed dated 11.02.2025. 4.

The Prosecutrix is present in person, who is 65 year old woman, who states in her Complaint itself that she has to pay the money to the Petitioner as she had bought a buffalo from him and the outstanding payment was due. She is present in person in the Court and submits that nothing had happened and she had made a false Complaint.

On the Complaint of the Respondent No.2, FIR No.633/2024 under Section 61(1)/74/79 of B.N.S., got registered at Police Station Narela. 8.

With the intervention of the respectable persons of the society, the Petitioner and the Respondent No. 2 have amicably settled all the disputes and differences between them and arrived at Settlement Deed/Compromise Deed dated 11.02.2025. In the Settlement, it was inter alia that the parties shall not file any Complaint/Case/Petition/Review/Revision against each other in future.

Today, the Respondent No. 2, who is present in the Court, states that she has no objection if the said FIR is quashed. 10.

Both the parties have entered into the Settlement voluntarily and without any fear and coercion and undertake to remain bound by the terms of the said Settlement.

Considering the nature of the allegations and that they have settled the matter, the FIR No. 633/2024 under Section 61(1)/74/79 of B.N.S., registered at Police Station Narela and all the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
