The petition under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of mandate by six months for completion of the Arbitration proceedings and passing of Award.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the extension of the mandate of the learned sole Arbitrator as it expired on 29.02.2024. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the mandate of the learned sole Arbitrator is extended by six months from the date on which it has expired.
