It has been informed by learned counsel representing the petitioner that pursuant to our order dated 25.02.2025, the principal amount has been received by the petitioner however, he is yet to receive the statutory interest amount.

Learned counsel representing the respondent/Revenue, Mr.Gaurav Gupta, on instructions, has stated that the payable statutory interest amount shall also be paid to the petitioner within a week's time. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition along with pending applications stands disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned counsel representing the respondent/Revenue.
