By way of the present application, the applicant/appellant seeks to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. A copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 04.02.2026 has been placed on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant states that the respondent has agreed to pay a further sum of Rs.6,50,000/- by way of Demand Draft No. 508015 dated 03.02.2026 drawn on ICICI Bank, Palam, Delhi, which has been handed over today in Court to learned counsel for the petitioner, and a copy thereof has been placed on record. settlement of all claims of the petitioner, a sum of Rs.70,000/- has already been paid by the respondent to the petitioner. 3.
