Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

After arguing at some length, learned senior counsel representing the appellant has submitted that in case an observation is made by this Court that the observations made in the order under challenge herein passed by the learned Single Judge dated 06.02.2025 in RC Rev. 671/2019 shall not be construed as any impediment to the appellant to submit reply to the notice issued by the said order and that all the points and grounds shall be open to the appellant while submitting the said reply, the appeal may be permitted to be withdrawn. 3.
Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal as withdrawn.
