Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The grievance raised in this petition by the petitioner has already been represented by it in its representation dated 18.02.2025 made to the Executive Engineer, Health Maintenance Division (North), Public Works Department, Delhi.

Learned counsel representing the GNCTD has however stated that there is a possibility of the entire project being cancelled. 4.

Be that as it may, since the apprehension of the petitioner is that the subject tender may be allotted to a firm which has quoted 37.01 percent below the estimated cost and that such amount has been quoted not taking into The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. account the wages to be paid under the Minimum Wages Act, we require the appropriate authority of PWD to take into consideration the said representation dated 18.02.2025 and decide the same in accordance with law. 5.

We also direct that before taking any decision on the said representation dated 18.02.2025, M/s. Top Edge Security and Services Pvt. Ltd. shall be given an opportunity to represent its cause as well. 6.

Thus, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the appropriate authority of the PWD to take a decision on the representation dated 18.02.2025 preferred by the petitioner (Annexure P-7 appended to the writ petition) within a period of two weeks from today. 7.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
