The Criminal Petitions under Section 482 CrPC have been filed on behalf of the petitioner, on 18.01.2020 challenging the Order of summoning dated 28.04.2018, passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Saket Courts, New Delhi, in a Complaint Case No. 3990/2017 under Section 138 of N.I. Act, 1881.

Not only does the Complaint suffer from delay and laches but there is also an alternate efficacious remedy by way of revision before the learned Sessions Court. In any case, the notice under Section 251 has already been framed on 22.07.2019, the petitions are disposed of with liberty to approach the appropriate forum for the relief sought. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
